Expect around 170 days to NOA2.  That should put you around the end or January/beginning of February

And you were going to add...based on current processing times which are subject to change at any time. :)

I'm counting off days like a prison sentence.

That is really an excellent analogy.

Didn't you see the announcement? USCIS employees aren't allowed time off until the NOA1 to NOA2 time reduces to 30 days again.

Hi,  Have any of you developed any stress related health problems due to being separated from your fiancé(e)?  Both of us seem to have gained some weight and I (the petitioner) have been going to see a therapist to work on anxiety issues.  It is not the separation per se, but the not knowing how long it will be and that there is nothing we can do about it.  I think that I am also losing a great deal of hair.  Being reunited with a long-lost-love (my fiancé) from the past was the happiest thing that ever happened to me.  It was only natural that we wanted to get married.  He wanted to marry me when we were kids almost 30 years ago.  It would have been so much easier back then before I had children.  Now, I don't think I could leave them and move to his country.  I'd like to, but I can't leave my kids--even if they are basically grown.  One is still 12 and he wants both of us in his life.  There is no reason for us to be turned down, but when I read about all the people that get rejected, I get so afraid.  We are legit, our papers are legit.  But I feel like my whole life is in the hands of someone who doesn't even know me.  I know most of you, if not all of you, must feel the same way.  There are plenty of good days, but I feel like my life is on hold without him.  We have so many plans for the future.  Is going through this having psychosomatic effects on any of you guys too?

June filer just stopping in.  We have debates in the June forum but basically, the difference between the optimist, realist and pessimist is 20 days.  We expect NOA2 to take between 160 and 180 days.  I believe you may be a little quicker than that as we got hit with the HB priority change as it happened.  Things may be settling down soon.  I believe we will be closer to the 180 and you should be closer to 170.

As a comparison, our timeline originally estimated NOA2 on September 6th.  It is now at November 11th and trending later.

Thank you!! This is really helpful info. 79 days into the wait and it is dragging!!! 3 trips scheduled to try to help ease the pain but boy it's tough ( and this is on top of the 10 months it took to get my citizenship first!!!) Staying strong and looking forward to our future together xxx
