I'd like to propose a new case checking system to USCIS where they check cases for a particular day according to how many times you visit the USCIS case status page. Then we could refresh as if it were a game and feel like we were making some progress to an approval. Each receipt day would have a leaderboard!

Thoughts to pass the time when USCIS is closed tomorrow and I'm almost at 185 days 😂

Some companies that hire you in japan has that system.

so while searching jobs (we have new graduate hires in bulk here, my company for example hires 700 every year from about 30000 applicants at least)

and the rumor says, the more you checkthe better. So people actually continuously check the website.... just to put that number high 🙄

Ahahah oh that move makes me so happy and sad everytime!

just don't forget to have return ticket and she shouldn't bring too much things of hers, those seems to may cause denials at the cbp because may look like she intends to stay.

if she has her interview set, she can also bring a copy of the paper to show that she will indeed go back.

good luck, the rest always depends on the cbp officer. And don't panic even if there comes out a problem it won't affect your k1.

I think you do. Just have evidence and ties and they may not even ask. But tickets -return tickets- are really important on esta  don't forget that
