Because IRS I believe is the official and approved taxes, company only does the taxes, IRS shows you also paid them or corrected them in the end. (Also it can be better detail depending on what you use to file taxes)

I am August 7th filer And I still haven't heard back from them . Anyone one have any idea about whats going on and why they are skipping August 7th filers ? My fience is getting weaker everyday and I think he is giving up on me .. I really am going through a lot right now and it's really hard situation  

please if anyone have an answer, feel free to reply back

They have been working Aug 7th. They will soon get to you (prob already have but u haven't been notified yet) . Dont give up! It will come when u least expect it...hold the faith. It will all work out..

They are skipping August 7 filer??? August 7 is the day that touched the most.

 

Not everycase gets touched at the same time.

 

Additional: please get informed delivery! It can come in the mail.

 

And just take care of your fiancé,It is the process causing this, but it's just a bit more!

 

your fiancé is not giving up on you but giving up on this process (if it was on you, I'd say you have bigger problems than the process)

My fience just told me that he is not happy with our situation and that we will never get the approval.. He also said that he met a girl 2 days a go at work who actually made him feel connected to her and more happier .. He was complaining about the us being a part for so long. I think he's just confused now and can't be patient anymore  

so I think if I got the approval soon, he might feel better about our relationship. 

Please pray for us

I just got our NOA2 in the mail!!! Still no update online. It's dated 12 February. I'm an August 8th filer. Such a huge relief to finally have it! I hope speedy approvals for everyone still waiting!

He thinks I will get denied because of where I come from. I'm from Saudi Arabia abd he is American

It is always easy to say things than doing it.  I'm a little depressed now and confused at the same time . We have been together for 2 years and half and its very hard for me to just walk away like that. He is 23 yrs old and I'm 26 years old and I think he's being immature and acting like a child now

No, we have so many people from all over the world. They don't deny people especially at uscis based on their countries. Even travel ban countries pass this stage. As long as you met each other within 2 years and both single. I don't see any reason to be worried over that.

 

Saudi Arabia is not even on the travel ban list!
