Aug. 28th Notified of RFE being mailed

Sept. 1st received hard copy of RFE in the mail

Sept. 10th received txt that my response to RFE was received

Oct. 10th Received txt that we were approved (NOA2) 30days after RFE response

Oct. 13th received hard copy of NOA2

Hi all.  I am new here.  It has been since August since I have seen my fiance!  I received the notice on August 21st and was hoping I would have heard by now.  How long are we looking at as far as times? Anyone else in the August 21st timeframe! Thanks!

I feel al little hopeless, got a lot of questions in my head, like, "how come we haven't got ours?"

still trying to stay positive tho.

 

anyone beneficiary processing  from Canada got an approval?

I've seen one get approved so far, within August at least

 

There is little rhyme or reason to how USCIS processes cases sometimes (or most of the time) - it's better not to stress too much about it. :)

thinking, maybe they didn't touch Canada as beneficiary country yet. (stupid theory of mine :jest:)

I use humor in an attempt to lighten the mood over here. It’s so easy to be sucked into negativity when one sees people getting approvals left and right... Getting new worry lines won’t make anyone’s NOA2 come any faster... lol
