Hi peeps. I have a question regarding traveling after receiving k1 - potentially.
I know there was a discussion regarding this and there seem to be no issue traveling whilst acquiring the K1 but I have just realised that potentially I could be traveling while in possession of the K1. If I go for my interview which could happen before April 6th and they grant me the K1 – Could I travel on the ESTA still or is the very next visit on the K1?
I could potentially schedule the London US embassy meeting after my return.
Ughh I cannot really miss out on this trip, especially considering it’s already paid for and got plans with my fiancés parents.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Matt

08/08/2017 filer. Got approved today!   ♥♥♥♥

Public website shows approval this afternoon.

No email or SMS yet.  Logging on to the USCIS account only shows old received status.

Thank you to all of you posting facts, experiences and data on VJ!

Congrats. So happy for you!

As long as you don't enter US there's no problem.

So should I plan my embassy interview for after I return to the UK and just fly out to the US as normal?

I must confess I’ve never begrudged someone their holiday before, but this coming President’s Day S-U-C-K-S! 😂

Three days with no updates?! I’ll need to get a life or something... 😂
