$1140 + $85 biometrics = $1225 total.

Thanks for the correction! @geowrian

Time to look for a second and third occupation. :)

Its my understanding that it can constantly be bumped up and down according to many different factors such as how many petitions  they are receiving in a particular month as well as how fast they get all of them processed. If this is true who knows you might get bumped back to earlier date before its all said and done. I wonder how accurate VJ timeline frame really is in comparison to others who have already received their visa? I understand it is just a estimate however just curious as to how accurate it was for other filers in the past.

Hello! I'm an American petitioner to a British beneficiary. How is everyone getting estimated dates? Thank you!

Go to your profile and fill in your timeline. Then, you will see an estimated NOA2 approval date. Good luck. Enjoy the ride!

Also, I just got a job after being a student forever. I don't have a tax return to show for my affidavit of support(since I've been working for only 5 months), but I am making good money now. Am I able to show any other documents instead? Or will I just be denied? :(

You can show your pay stubs + an employment letter.

You should also have a statement ready as to why you were not required to file for 2016. For AOS, you will need another statement for why you didn't file for the past 3 years.

What embassy are you going through? Most are fine with this, but there's a handful that tend to be more strict (i.e. India).

London is quite lenient with the I-134 so you should be fine.

Got my NOA1 8/16. My time line is showing 1/16 for approval...

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between January 16, 2018 and January 19, 2018*.

You will need to relax.  I'm a June filer that went from early September to now mid-November.  It will be at December before I'm done.  I am looking at a solid 6+ months for NOA2.

PHILIPPINES ONLY!!!  CFO (Commission on Filipinos Overseas) INFO - Can't leave home without it!

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

I am calm but thanks 🖒 if you're June and looking at 6months then us August fliers are probably in the same boat since we filed after you. My estimated time is a solid 6 months and growing  from when I applied.
