It's metered mail, so it shows up on my Informed Delivery usually the morning of delivery.

Hey, just to clarify, it did show up on your informed delivery? I don’t know what metered mail means. Thanks a lot and congrats

Another day. 198 days.

Don’t really like going to 200 days but whatever.

Did anybody try to talk to a tier 2 operator in the past? How can you do it?

I know they updated their processing times now to aug 1 which is good. But I don’t really want to wait till they reach September before our paper moves.

I know wait for more days lol. I have been waiting 198 days and most of you I know have been waiting more than that. So yes. If anybody had any experience talking to tier 2, please give me some light. Thank you.

I know that this has been asked before, but I am still confused. NOA1 date, is it receive date or notice date? Our notice date is Aug 22, but on the "my cases" page on uscis, it says that they received it on Aug 18. I went to edit my timeline, and the "how to find your noa1 date" tells me that I should use notice date. I am forever confused! :P

So... Aug 18 is my noa1 date since that's the received date? Haha I've been thinking Aug 22 all the time! #duh
