Have ur photos ready to go. And when/IF you get that RFE, send it right back and be on ur merry way to approval!!

It all depends on the embassy. And am not well versed on Montenegro...
Some embassy contacts you and others, you use some online platform to finish the rest of the process (medical, interview)

I suggest you look around on VJ for ur respective embassy and see what others have to say

Don't worry and don't be nervous-- It's too soon for that. lol
I just saw u're getting something from informed delivery!!! - It can be your approval!!! please let us know when you open it.
Besides, if it's an RFE is not even a problem. It just means that once u give them what they ask for, ur approval awaits! Wishing u a speedy process

Hello Augustines!!! It is definitely a good day for us!!! I got a message from my fiancée (he’s from CA) he just got a notice email from US Post Office today from USCIS, he is calling out sick today to wait for the physical letter itself. We are hoping it’s a NOA2 not RFE but of course we will accept RFE too, no update on app and online.

 

Few minutes before he receive the email we’re talking about if he got something from his email from post office notice, he said none. We are monitoring it usually he receives notice to his email from 7:30 to 8:00 am But he just received this 7:59am  exactly today.

 

can anyone determine if there’s a difference from the envelope of RFE and NOA2 lol sounds stupid, but may there is. 😂😂🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼🙏🙏🙏🙏

If it says page 1 of 1 it's generally an approval I think...

Correct. usually, if it's 1/1, its an approval. That's because an RFE has extra pages telling you what the RFE is and what would be acceptable to fix that RFE

I am very positive when it comes to this, but could it be a denial too? I hope of course not, what are the percentage of denial on this stage?

Go ahead and inquire every chance you get.  We are almost at 9 months with no information.  I have made dozens of inquiries and I know eventually they will give an answer.  Some people get approved in 68 days while others are well over 260 days.  I think "normal" right now is fleeting...
