Ill be honest, I kind of like how they are doing focusing on the first half of the month now. It does give those that filed earlier in the month some sort of order (you file early thus you get approval early).

You say that now, but if they go back to the way they did May and June, you're going to be SOL by December.

I agree with @Jaquelly here. Cause even though it does look like it's unfair what scares me is that when they did this last time, it took them 2 months to just move to the next month. Not even doing 2 months at a time or anything.

so May took 2 months (almost by itself) june did (again by itself... ) if they didn't move through July to August like they did and instead focused on early. So 2 months for July and let's say August did the same and next the same... this would make your wait an easy 300+ days

so they have to show their improvement if they're going to process two - three months at once at least. When they do only a mount. It is still slow, and the wait ties can end up averaging at easy 250s for everyone

But there are a lot of RFEs going out for the later end of the month- like the 28th and all the way to the 31st.
So that's a good sign. Someone IS doing something. and Unless when those people with RFEs turn their things in, and USCIS flat out refuses to approve them in a timely manner, then I say we're doing okay.
No need to panic yet y'all. :D

Yes true, you cannot have it the best of both worlds too (Fast timelines with some sort of order). It just sucks not knowing when you will get NOA2 so you start finding little hope here and there with what you got.

We aren't panicking.

@Naes and I have personally been here during those months. There is NOTHING wrong with keeping good spirits, but it is always smart to anticipate the worst before you start making plans.

As I said this problem would not affect August, it is important to me as a September filer because I need to estimate my and further situations.

I'm sorry for asking all these questions. But why doesn't it affect August, but it will affect other months? You mean when they finish August before moving to the next?

I'm not panicking. As said we've been here everyday of that ridiculousness and I do not wish that for anyone believe me.

But nope there's nothing that indicates that yet for the current situation.

the daily numbers are actually high, and I do think we will see new dates soon too. So they're working on it it's obvious.

As I said this problem would not affect August, it is important to me as a September filer because I need to estimate my and further situations. But right now still those estimates are in waaaay good places.

I'm just a positive but cautious person...

Touche girl. Touche. and @Jaquelly- I agree with all. hear hear

We are keeping them fingers crossed that they keep moving at this brisk pace-
Am even hearing people's timelines moving backwards so yay

Because it already started strongly and they will continue, yet it started under the worst estimate. (When I say won't affect it means it's not going to make the situation worse than it is, but it also won't make it better)

but for the rest as this thing mounts up (may average hit 160-170, june average 180-200, july 190-210) so it needs to go down now that they put their feet forward and not get stuck again to only turn into another longer timelines situation. Because if that continues and never resolves by the time it gets to you guys, that's a mountain of 3-4 extra months.

and me saying it will cause panic for those who don't know, so this is just a trendline style forecast, which won't happen. So I'm just watching the cracking point.

... damn now because I said these I'll again wake up to panic....

however, we will see them move this week, you'll see ;) because their move so far suggest that they are trying for the better.

Thank you. I wasn't sure if I understood you correctly, but I did. ^_^

From what I see they are catching up. Slowly, but they are. I have faith.

I have no faith where uscis is concerned. But I have positivity and august numbers do not show the same pattern with neither May nor june at the moment ;)

so fingers crossed we will see some new dates tomorrow with more touches to the dates came out so far.. and also  a few mail only noa2s would be great!
