I don't do evening scans, I do late night scans. Which will most likely be really early morning hours for cali.

Hi everyone! We submitted our I-129 last 9th August and they receive it last 11 August. We receive the original NOA1 in the mail last 21st August dated 15th August. While waiting for the NOA2 my fiance wants to prepare the documents that he needs to send to me with the Affidavit of Support. What else should he sent to me aside from the tax return? Can anyone help me?

HI, I am dec 2017 filer, what is the ideal time to prepare those documents base on your experience? Did you wait for packet 3 after noa2 before scheduling interview?

For USEM in UAE, they send packet 3 information by email. Once your NVC case status changed to "READY" then maybe you can call the embassy to check if they already received your case. You can fill out the DS-160 online too once you received your NOA2.

Hi Naes, Thanks for posting the scans, I see that the VJ time line has moved back again (3/ 29 -- 4/2) I know it doesn't mean a great deal but at least it is better than going the other way, it looks like the CIS has stopped on 8/15.. that would be good for us on 9/15! since we are 5 numbers apart how far are we up (or down) September 15th  pile of files?

That's not good for us.

They did the same thing in May and june. We better see some forward movement before this week ends..

it also doesn't really matter where a number stands in my opinion.

Unless they luckily touch that case our date is a Friday and right before a huge Monday.

what I think is this fast move means: "August 15 as of January 31" will be written on processing times when they update on April.

Mondays are a mountain... Fridays usually has too little numbers so it's a hit and miss.

just like that august 7 Mondays usually go first and stronger.
