Hello, I have a question and hope someone might be able to shed some light on the issue. I have been reading the thread and many precious threads for a while now.

I just got off the phone with an officer and was told that a RFE was “ordered” for my case but not yet sent out. I tired to get more clarity but I am still slightly confused. Does anyone know if this means there could be a possibility that the RFE was ordered and will be reviewed and then not be sent out? In other words is there a possibility that the order will not be sent out for RFE and the case can continue to be reviewed?

Many many thanks!

Looking at Naes’s last scan,  I had the impression that today is “let’s teach our monthly RFE quota” day...

or it could be like previous days where only RFE are getting put online, and then come the end of the week we see the avalanche of accepted cases. literally exactly what happened last week, no?

Hello :) sorry to jump in the convo ! I've read for the embassy we'll need the I-134. Otherwise, my fiancé isn't having any income at the moment as he came to live with me (I'm so lucky, we're waiting but at least we're waiting together) so his brother will be our co-sponsor. Does my fiancé still need to complete the I-134 even if he has to write down "zero" for the incomes & everything, or only the co sponsor completes the form ? Sorry I'm a bit lost 😅

Hope everybody gets approvals very soon 🤗 We're fillers for August 17th, so finger crossed for this week !! It's been already too long 😅

Yes he needs to fill one.

Just got a notification for the new March 2018 Visa Bulletin being posted:

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin/2018/visa-bulletin-for-march-2018.html

Doesn't seem like it affects K1, but possibly CR1? Hard to tell if it affects either.

Nope no affect to us :) we are non immigrant visa.

Omg congrats... So Jealous!!!! I was able to email USCIS today so hopefully I get my approval soon too.

How an email is connected with an approval is beyond my understanding? Do you have magic?

There is an rfe that's for sure but it is not printed, updated or sent yet. It is already in the system. Uscis won't tell you what's it about till you get your letter. Otherwise everyone would call

You'll get rfe, and the review will continue after they received your reply.

It is extremely normal. It is not even that many btw.. just looks like it because approvals seems like started after noon and was not in the scan. I am excited for the afternoon scan!!!

now we really need to see some movement after 16th August though.... otherwise it may mean they are doing what they did in May and that would be another disaster...

Just as a recap, what happened in May?

They went really slowly from one date to next.

Once they went overall till about may 16th they started the overall then backwards. And it was quite a time till moved.

same thing in June btw but worse... slower..

i dont think it will happen cause we are already seeing approvals. And they already went further faster but still 🤞🤞🤞
