Hi there!  There is a pretty cool tool that you can use to help track this.  Go to your profile and fill in the VJ timeline.  Once you put all of your receipt dates in, it will give you an estimated wait time.  It's pretty neat.  You can track your status all the way through the US immigration process.  Best of luck to you!!

No worries at all!!  Go to Menu>> Account>> Profile.... then scroll down to where it says "Immigration Timeline".  From there you will be prompted on how to create it. :)   There is also a quick link to the left under the country flag.

Its the 12th business day and still have received the NOA1 in the mail. Have only received the text message stating it was mailed out on 9-1-2017. Question if you received an RFE will you know that before you receive the hard copy in the mail?

For any of you that received RFE'S. Just curious as to when you track it on the USCIS website, did it tell you that a Request for Additional Information had been mailed to you prior to receiving the hard copy? Still haven't received our hard copy although the text read as follows: You case was received and Receipt# is listed . Official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) to follow in mail. Received that text message on Aug 31 and still to date have not received letter in mail.
