Helllloooooo Augustines!!!

I am proud to tell you that they touched as far as 8/14.

I believe there are still more updates coming from 2/7 at least because it started to show up.

However I will leave it so they can fully update the system first. I just wanted to give a quick look.

I'll be back with a midday scan!

These dates, and those passing you does not mean you are forgotten or they will never come back.

They first go through every date, with here and there approvals and then continue approving cases accordingly.

Please, do not panic over that. Check your mailboxes! Put some milk and cookies for the mailman! Get Informed delivery!

Check your USCIS case status from their website.

Augustines-
@Naes already made this abundantly clear but let's remember that it is normal for USCIS to breeze through these cases at the beginning. Let's avoid panic and negativity so early on. Just because ur date comes and goes in these scans does not mean ur application is forgotten. They just touch cases and then come back and finish the month. So let's all remember to stay calm and supportive of one another.
Wishing us all a speedy and happy road to the NOA2s!

Background checks etc is different for each person. There was a January 2017 filer who just got approved in january 2018. Because security checks lasted till December... so think how far we could come if that happened...

I’m wondering what the background check etc would be like, fill in your name in the system and let it run until get a clean records?

I-485/765/131:

06/01/2018 - Sent AOS/EAD/AP through UPS, received NOA1 on 6/11. Received bio appointment on 6/15 and completed on scheduled date 6/29.

07/06/2018 - Submitted EAD expedite request with job offer, reason was financial loss. Received EAD/AP combo card on 08/04. AOS changed to 'Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview' on 7/24.

07/23/2019 - AOS interview was scheduled on 8/27. In the interview USCIS can't make decision because original K1 file got split up somewhere.

11/25/2019 - AOS got approved, received the actual card in mail on 12/2.

I-751:

09/05/2021 - Sent ROC through FedEx, delivered on 9/7, received message e-notification on 9/9 stated case was received, check is cashed on 9/10, NOA1 in mailbox on 9/13.

10/28/2021 - Fingerprints have been taken (Reuse).

01/17/2023 -  Case was transferred To Another Office

01/26/2023 - Case Was Approved

N-400:

08/28/2022 - Submitted N-400 online, NOA1 on 08/29/2022, with estimate time 10 months for decision. Biometrics is reused.

11/23/2022 - Interview was scheduled on 1/11/2023, it was a combo interview for I751/N400. Both cases were verbally approved. System hasn't been updated yet.

01/26/2023 - Form N-400 recommended to be approved --> Oath Ceremony Will Be Scheduled

02/06/2023 -  Oath Ceremony Notice Was Mailed, Oath on 2/22

02/22/2023 - Oath Ceremony, applied passport the same day, with estimated receiving date in middle of May. ALL DONE!!

Well DMV works with reservation these days btw.

Even though I don't want anyone with a genuine relationship to get stuck in this jungle,  nope, I don't want to wait for people who may have different situations or more criminal activities or such other things. What we see here is only sincere cases and if feel for them and angry about why normal relationship around us like John's case is still waiting!! However there are also fraud cases and those need to be found. but saying what you say is only easy after they get to your case.

And july filers said that about august, june said that about july and it goes on... only till it is your case! Then it will be: why are they touching dates after me (which I believe is also why you're saying this, because they passed 7 but yours didn't come yet)
