this is such bullsh!t ! 6 months today!! on something that should be 2-4 months no matter how "backed up" they are. such bullsh!t

Hi guys, while we are waiting for good news .... I  have a question and I would like your advises and expertise...

 

My fiancee's uncle is in my city now. He is coming back to Chile next week and I would like him to bring my docs to my fiancee for her interview.... 

 

1-  I-134

2- tax transcripts (last 3 years)

3- pay stubs

4- employment verification letter

5- intent to marry letter

 

Do you think it is too early to send these docs

 

I'm a Aug 24 filer

that's a good question, I don't know how recent they want a I-134. I'm waiting to fill that all out when I get the noa2 , I plan to be there for the interview so I will prepare all that 2 weeks before I leave however that is a good question on the 134

Hey Augustines;

(Especially @MandW and everyone who didn't follow other months till now, and don't know how this things unfortunately go lately)

 

I just woke up (again) and only halfway through my coffee so excuse me if any weird grammar appears here  

 

1) August did start, how I say that is because 10 "Updated" approvals are not a random thing that happens suddenly.

    1 October, and 3 November cases we saw that are no-updated cases (and maybe there is more out there who knows) and how August started has nothing to do with each other. I know you're pissed at USCIS I am too.

 

2) I didn't put how daily updates work so far here, so most of you think that because you don't see movement, there's really nothing going on.

    However, There are days with no update, or just RFE updates, or ridiculous amount that only shows.

    Yet later we do see how it goes, when people who get their letters in the mail also tell us when it was really approved.

 

Now I am a realistic person, and I don't go around excite people unless things are moving, nor would I wake up at 5 am to put a scan unless something is moving. So please no negativity here yet. August literally just showing movement, and I repeat as it already got lost in minds, that THEY WILL MOST LIKELY JUMP YOUR CASE. Not all cases will come out at once, so give yourself a good month before saying oh my god where's my case.

 

Negativity will only bring everyone and yourself down here.  Be sarcastic and humorous toward this whole process. 

Only a bit more left guys, and this is only Wednesday.

 

I felt so tired today so I took a day off (not even regretting it)

I'll try to update all months so far, and will try to show you guys too, how other months started in their first a few weeks.

We already started getting those ready (I am a September filer)

Only for I-134 we will wait a little more till march and get the signed copies then (even though my embassy says it just needs to be within a year)

 

Of course the more recent it is the better, but 1-2 months is usually ok.

Thanks Naes for your comment.... you know, all of these  are very important private  and confidentatial documents... so I would like them to be safe... I  have all of these documents ready, just need my signature and date..

Look I get it you are pissed, but unfortunately this is how it is. 

You being in 6 months wait, means there are 7 month and 8 month people all over waiting. 

 

They are really backed up;

And here are the reasons gathered so far;

1) After elections there is always a peak in the petitions especially about naturalization.

2) After this election the high numbers in applications continued, due to the administrations view on immigrants.

3) There was a 700.000 additional applications for naturalization, because people are scared. Also more on h1b and daca.

4) Administration wants scrutiny now, hence there are more RFEs sent than previous years. It looks like they have a quota to match. They send lots of RFEs for things people already sent. (especially letter of intents)

5) They cannot match the number of increased applications by hiring, because of the administration's federal freeze happened, and they could only keep the headcount. So they have less veteran employees and more rookies.

 

And this list goooooooes on. 

 

We need positivity here, not every single message can be about how negative everything is, please.

I still think if you will be there anyway and can do it 2 weeks before the interview, the more recent is better.

I know that feeling!  The Philippines has earthquakes and volcanos.  It is so terrible feeling so alone and hopeless to help!

My fiances parents live in Cavite , about 6 hours from that volcano ? she was worried. I bet that volcano erupting had a lot to do with the earthquakes in Taiwan. both countries are on the same fault line.

You’re right. I’m thinking April doesn’t sound so far fetched anymore!

 

We’re having a bit of a panic about POE dates because we know he has to travel out of the US mid-August. If the NOA2 arrives soon, AP/EAD will have way more than 100 days to process, but much after it’d be too risky and then our POE can’t be until August 💔😩

that's what I told my fiancé Monday night when they started on august (I'm early august so hoping they touch those soon) that april is a high possibility for the interview and then here as we will leave Taiwan the day after we get the visa in hand.
