I've just been reading about the two official non-expedited November filers and I'm trying not to get mad. What the heck is going on in USCIS? It's not like we don't have faith in their processes anyway, but this is quite disturbing. Naturally it's lovely for the people who've hit the jackpot but man, that's really unfair for everyone ahead of them experiencing extortionately long waits.

After venting crying trying to break my computer into a wall... now I'm back to normal (but don't try the wall I actually have a crack -still can scan though)

Hello August Filers! I only recently discovered this thread yesterday and I must say its super helpful! The hopeful comments and constants updates are so uplifting! <3 I received my NOA1 on August 7th so HOPING/WISHING that our NOA2 is just around the corner!

Just a quick question, how are y'all doing these scans that let you know which date they are processing?

I really feel for those left behind still in May and June... It beggars belief that USCIS staff can tell people when they call to essentially wait their turn, and yet there's no logic to their reasoning. :(

Just got a notification of an August 18th approval right now from the official app. Could it be an expedited case?

I got he same thing and I would think if it was expedited it would have been sooner than now. From Poland...correct?

We will just have to wait and see if anymore August comes through at this point. Since then only a May 23 has come through. Doesn't really make a lot of sense at this point. Unless it was a file that was just out of place and accidentally got processed but anyways still happy for them to say the least.

New joiner here.  August 4th NOA1 so hoping for next week or so.  Couple questions for those seasoned posters here and apologies if these questions have already been asked:

  1. I included a letter of intent to marry for myself but didn't include one for the beneficiary.  However, we included multiple flight tickets, photos of engagement, photos of family celebrating engagement, photos of her wearing the ring, etc.  Will we end up with a RFE or should we be okay?
  2. Does it matter what country the beneficiary is from?  For example, if she's from a visa waiver country will that make things easier?
  3. Wasn't able to provide Passport stamps because we both have Global Entry (Singapore is reciprocity country) so we always use the immigration fast lane.  Will that be an issue even though we provided plenty of flight stubs?

Thanks in advance and looking forward to celebrating NOA2s with everyone in a few weeks.

Did you see the scan today!!!  SQUEAL!!! Bearing in mind the 29th and  30th were weekend days so they wouldn’t be inputting applications that means they are only 4 days out from touching August for real!!

I'm wondering taking in consideration those approved cases of November, without an expedition, can we all open an inquiry at USCIS for it ####### service that says that they follow the order of the cases that were received, but in in the real world we have people waiting over 250 days and other getting approved sooner??

Happy for those getting the approvals, but I'm really piss with USCIS:angry:

HOT OFF THE PRESS PEOPLE!!!!  That’s 2 July 26th approvals!! I can hardly stand the excitement. Maybe just maybe by next week we will see a definite and steady stream of August cases! The next few weeks I might end up being more impatient than ever ( if that possible!!!) Thanks again @JSCGPV for all your incredible hard work in a daily basis for bringing us these updates

WOW! And this is just the midday scan? So we should expect another scan later tonight, right?
