Everyone,

I am filling out the I-129F, and have a few more questions:

1. How do I handle Latino names, specifically their 2 last names? If my fiancee was named Anita Bonita Romero Gonzales (fictitious example), what would I put for her last name on the I-129F? Would I just use Romero, which would be her fathers surname? Or would I put both Romero Gonzales?

2. Should the complete 4 part name be used on supporting documents, such as the letter of intent to marry?

3. I am having difficulty fitting the Costa Rican addresses into the I-129F form. The PDF document has a limit for the number of characters that may be entered, and the Address and city name won't fit. I assume I need to add a page in section 8 to list the addresses. Are there any examples of how this must be done? For example, if only the city name won't fit, do I just add a line in section 8 for that single piece of information, or do I need to put the entire address in section 8 if any piece won't fit?

4. I have been working as an engineering contractor, so I have had 4 different jobs in the past 5 years (counting my current job). There are only 2 spaces provided on the I-129F for employment history, so I will need to add 2 more in section 8. I am also unsure how to format this. Can someone show me any examples of what to do here?

Thanks in advance everyone, I feel very fortunate for the help available in this forum!

Regards,

Steve

1. If there are 2 last names then both words should be in last name column. Shouldn't be omitting the second word really.

2. Always use the same full names so the documents match up.

3. & 4. Use Part 8 Additional Information for these.

3. If only the city doesn't fit while the rest does, then just add one line for the city in Part 8. Example:

Page 5, Part 2, Item 11b.

City: Longcityname

4. Additional work addresses listed in Part 8:

Employer 3

Full name of employer:

Street number & name:

City or town:

State:

Zip code:

Country:

Occupation:

End date:
