Nreyes,

I noticed that the newest update shows that they were processing cases from December 2016. Have you heard anything yet? I am waiting for my husband whose receipt date was 1/20/2017. I am hoping to hear something from them soon. Was just curious if you had any updates on yours since it was close to mine.

My husband's receipt for the Nebraska Center was 1/20/17. I am so anxious to hear from them. It seems, based on what I've read in this thread, that I should hear something soon.... But his case may be more complex than others. He came illegally from Mexico, but also brought his young daughter illegally as well. I am wondering if anyone has a similar case? His daughter will be graduating from high school in the end of May, I am wondering if maybe a miracle will happen where he will be home before then. Thank you

Have you received any instructions yet? My husbands waiver got approved Feb 26. Received date was Dec 21, 2016. I emailed the local consulate and they replied back in two days - stating that they received the waiver approval and currently reviewing the file. They said case is in 'Administrative Processing' and we should hear something soon. They cannot guarantee a time though.

How's everything going?  Have you received instructions and have an embassy appointment?  We completed everything on instructions and appointment is this week.  Yay!

@D2theani and @William & Anne Ma We have not received instructions yet. We are waiting anxiously. Montreal Consulate is who we are waiting on. Our visa status still shows 'Administrative Processing'. It gets really tough at this point when we have waited for years already.

Sorry to hear you are still waiting!!!  Hopefully soon you will receive something.

I saw the changes on the USCIS website. You can no longer see the chart which shows you what cases they were working on as of (date)... All you can see is it saying 13.5 to 18 months for I-601. Our receipt date was January 20, 2017. I felt like we were getting so close based on their old chart. Now I am not so sure...

Hi they have long past December 16, 2016.....

If you read the update well, it states that as of January 31, 2018 they processed submissions up to December 16, 2016 which mean as of February 28, 2018 they have past that date.....

Below is an evidence they have past that processing date, the VJ member is also on this chat you can ask her.

Copied from @William & Anne Ma

Received date December 21, 2016.  Approval February 28, 2018.  My husband received instructions about a week and a half after approval.  He just had embassy appointment yesterday and it went well.  Can't wait to see him!

From last infopass appointment i know of with a USCIS immigration services officer i was told that a December 29, 2016 submission has just been sent to the processing department for processing on March 20, 2018. I guess you should try getting an infopass appoint to know exactly where your case file is......
