Does any one know what I can do if my case already passed processing time posted by USCIS and I've submitted several expedite requests without luck? My case was file Nov 7 2016, mover to another office 01/30/2017. I keep calling USCIS customer service but I cant get any response back of why or when I should received a response back on my case. I'm so frustrated.

You can file a case assistance through this government body that helps find out issues with cases that are over the processing times.

Hello everyone, I have my 601-A approved and was denied visa abroad due to misrepresentation, which was unintentionally done in 2007 at the time when I enter the US. So I have to file another 601 waiver which was received at Nebraska lockbox on sep 2017. I been apart from my family for 10 months now and they have been struggling financially and emotionally ever since.

So just a advice everyone...!!!

if you are going abroad for your visa interview, make sure you remember everything you have ever been answered at any immigration interview or at the time of entring the US. Also make sure to talk to a lawyer or few and make sure to tell them every detail. I suggest it would be better to take your wife with you if going out of the country for a visa interview.

I pray for everyone who is going thru this tough situation and being away from their loved once right now, That god bless everyone with his favor in Jesus name.

Thank you.  Yes and she said my husband should receive instructions in the next few weeks.  And you should hopefully hear something soon too right?

Have you received any instructions yet? My husbands waiver got approved Feb 26. Received date was Dec 21, 2016. I emailed the local consulate and they replied back in two days - stating that they received the waiver approval and currently reviewing the file. They said case is in 'Administrative Processing' and we should hear something soon. They cannot guarantee a time though.

Yes I will definitely let you know.  Approval date on letter said February 28.  My husband is still waiting for further instructions so I will post when he receives them, what they list, time until interview date, etc.

Hang in there...i know, it really has been such a long wait.

Hi Flavia,

Can you please let me know if that link helps you? I am still waiting for mine as well, since 11-28-2016.

Thanks!

Yes will do,  seems like all Nov 2016 waivers are being delayed :( Mine was transferred January 30th 2017 and since then no updates  in my case. I'm afraid that they misplaced mine , crossing fingers for CIS Ombudsman Service can help.

I sure hope they can... Did they tell you your case was transferred? I know some Nov 2016 cases on here have received answers already so hopefully we do soon.

Yes they sent me a transferred letter , my case ,  according to that letter is in Lee Summit MO since January 30th 2017.  But nothing  else since that day , more than a year already passed , hopefully they can send me a response soon as you are stating that some Nov 2016 cases have been solved.

I know it feels like a lifetime waiting, I hope we both hear positive news soon.
