My lawyer said for my hubby to send me in with: IRS 1040 tax return forms for the most recent three tax years and a copy of your most recent pay stub and to prepare an updated affidavit of support.

Will it be the same for a joint sponsor?  All 3 income tax transcripts or only for the most recent year?  I read also the W2 forms but I don't have them Anymore... Struggling on this part... Trying to find a joint sponsor who qualifies

Yes, if you have a joint sponsor, you need to have the same: the affidavit with a copy of income tax year 2017 in full with all schedules and the last 4 payment stubs from the employer and a copy of Immigration Status,  on the Affidavit form I-864 only the information for Income Tax Years 2015 and  2016 is enough.

Did you submit IRS transcripts or the actual photocopy of the income tax refund?

Does anyone have a case from Nov 7 2016? I opened a case with CIS Ombudsman Service and I'm still not hearing back from them. Anyone else know what else I can do in  order to get information about why my case is taking longer than current processing time after being on Hold in MO office for more than a year ?

I think I am worst of all unfortunately so don't feel bad. I made my I601 and I212 on Sep 6, 2016 and still not heard a thing from NSC

Unfortunitly, I feel mine is worst of all. NSC received my I601 and I212 on Sep 6, 2016 and still did not hear from them.

Mine, my case is Nov 7 2016 as well . Involve your congressman,  call USCIS customer service and ask for a Tier 2 officer. Or visit a field office. The USCIS system is not updated, mine shows that my case is in Lee summit and currently is in Dallas TX, supposedly with an officer for review.
