Hello every body!! Very Happy for those approvals, that is so good!!!!!    I Don't know what to do, 60 days inquiry expired already. On 06/15/2018 they replied saying that an officer had already been assigned to review the case and to allow more time, but is more than 60 days already. I don't know if I should do another inquiry or just wait, I am afraid if I do it again may delay it even more. Any advise???? Thank you! Cases I-601-I-212 were filed on 12/27/2016

Hello Everyone 

I am waiting for my approval as well received date November 22, 2017.  I have a quick question for the second interview what  forms were requested again?  DS260, POLICE CERTIFICATES, AOS ETC.  We were told last year during our first interview that it would only take 4 to 6 months for approval and here we are almost a year.  I have seen that some  September 2017 have been approved.

Be patient guys, mine is been in Dallas since May 2018 and I'm still waiting. Receipt date Nov 7 2016.

Hi, after you received the approval letter of your waiver how long did it take for the instructions on what to do next mailed to you? My father's approval letter i received last Aug. 20 until now we haven't received any instructions to what to do next.

Hi my husband got his waivers approved Sept 17 of this year.  We received the approval notice but no packet of instructions yet from the embassy... Does anyone know how long this may take?

Hi sorry I just saw this.... weirdly in my case the CDJ consulate sent me instructions before I received my waiver....

Thanks for your response. Your's is even better instructions first then letter of approval. Where did the instructions come from is it from the USCIS? or the local Embassy?

Hi guys my husbands waivers were approved September 17 but just received the letter of instructions from the embassy from the date September 07...before the waivers were approved.  Does anyone know if the ds260 renewal has to be under the name of the same person that signed it for the first interview... I'm talking about more than 6 years ago?

I have a question does anyone know if you have to receive a letter from the NVC as well with an invoice num. Just received a letter from the CDJ consulate with instructions to log into an account but it's asking for an invoice num I haven't received.. Already got waivers approved but confused of what the next step is.... Help please!
