I-601 application receipt date : July 25,2017

I-601 approval notice date : July 27,2018

Hello @Cynthi, I received same type of RFE wherein we need to submit all evidences and any extra since we filed. Its the same again. We have not responded to RFE yet. We are gathering as many letters, documents and evidences as we can. Going to respond in a couple of weeks from now.

Does anyone know how soon after approval Embassy sends us what’s needed. We call them and left message and sent them an email but we did not hear back from them yet.

If someone knows “procedure” after would you please share.Thanks in advance!

Hi guys, I'm new here I keep reading about the Facebook group for info may I know what it is? Would like to check. 

I filed a i-601 for my wife, I'm in NYC and she's in the Dominican Republic, the reason for the 601 was that she had a fraudulent marriage to enter the United States when she was 19. The interview was fine and the council approved our marriage as legit, our receipt notice is from July 14, 2017. Been waiting for a year now, the case is from the Nebraska center. I see on the site that they are currently working on March 8, 2017 as of today. It's so close yet so far. Who can I get involved in this case and how? Thanks to everyone and hope every one gets their approval soon.

Not yet but i went to their website i made the appointment myself to go there because i called them many times and they were always saying i will hear from them within 48 hours time but i didnt so i was searching on the internet and i found out that i can make the appointment and i did myself
