From my experience when they ask you about RFE its means you haven’t convince them with the evidence you send them so please provide them with more and good evidence and once they accepts it you will get your approval so please know what evidence you have to give them well more proof

I am not sure myself. We have to wait until we get the letter from them to know what is requested.

Most times my lawyer say is boiler plate. They do so cuz they don't want their supervisor to blame them for holding back the case. So that way they can say t h ey r waiting for more info. Most times t h ey request the same info one has provided.

Cynthi did your lawyer tell you how long it takes for approval after sending In the rfe?

H guys. I have a question.

 

Is there any way a spouse can receive the Visa without the other spouse when the waiver gets approved. Wont he need my tax info. 

My marriage didn't survive the long wait.

 

Please advise.

Our I-212 and I-601 are approved and it has been over a month.  We haven’t received an email stating my husband should pick up a dhl package for further instructions. He is processing from Ghana any advice?   

Am also processing from Ghana and i have the same problem for about a month of approval i still haven’t hear from the embassy i hope i get us with next visa bulletin i know with trump administration everything takes time so we should pray and wait they will call us
