Hopefully April will be in June. Then May July, then June hopefully August/September. I'm praying. Pls let me kniw when April as nd May in done. So I can look forward to June. Thanks.

Then hopefully by the end of this month you should be hearing something from them cause it normally come close to the end of the month so lets pray you get your approval

Hi o filed my i601 and i212 Jan 2017 they still from wat I've read so far still on Dec 16 2016 I've been waiting almost 15 months now and it looks like another month or two for me. So I'm looking close to 18 months..very aggravating

The process takes 13 to 18 months. They have long gone dec 2016 i601’s. So far they’ve given approval up to February 2017 cases. Continue checking on uscis processing time page and when it reaches dec 16 you can file a request to them stating your receipt date has passed. You should get approval anytime soon

Thank you Json. There is group by the name - "I-601 waiver journey" on Facebook. Just saw a post from a member of that group that his petition was approved on 05/17.

His received date was 03/28/2017. So I think you should hear something any day now. All the best !

I have seen on the facebook page that 2 received dates march 2017 approved may 2018,

@Devan thank you for sharing that information!  I haven’t received any updates good or bad. It’s amazing  to see the approvals but feeling a little nervous because the receipt dates are after mine.
