My wife got to the US november 23 and I was getting ready to send in the 3rd packet (I-485) Do I have to send in another I-130 form? I did the I-130 then the I-129f and then she got the 2 year visa. It is very uncear on the goverments web page on what all I have to send. Oh she came here on a k-3 visa

You need to send in the I-485 form, G-325A the Biographic Information which is pretty easy to fill out, if you already have the I-130 approved then you need to have the copy of the Notice of Action for that included and if you don't then you need to have a copy of the I-30 included. You need the I-864 to show you can afford her, An I-693 which you will need to find out who is a civil surgeon located near you. You will need to bring any supporting document that is asked for on any of the forms I just listed. The following may be applicable G-28, Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Representative (if you have a lawyer)

I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, if you want to work while your application is processed

I-131, Application for Travel Document, if you need to travel outside the United States while your application is processed

I-485 Supplement A, and penalty fee if applicable. See 8 CFR 245.10

I-601, Application for Waiver of Grounds of Excludability, if applicable
