hello your answers are always helpful for me i want to know about that my US fiance got a letter NOA 2 from USCIS and then after 2 weeks she get an email from USA embassy islamabad Pakistan that they telling they received our approved k-1 visa petition from NVC and they send a link for how to apply for me, now the Question is for medical examination they want me to bring letter from NVC but we didn't received any letter from NVC, what should i do for that and my visa status still the same from 1st day that (MY CASE WAS RECEIVED)

USCIS case tracker has not been working properly for quite some time now. So, don't worry about the USCIS case tracker.

 

At this point you should be tracking your case at https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx using the case number obtained from NVC. Since your fiancee did not receive the NVC letter, she will need to call NVC to ask for it and also inquire about the missing NVC letter. She can reach NVC at 603-334-0700.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.
