Did any body knows why my i130 is taking so long to be approve. We send our application on dec 18 2015 and them we went for interview on July 18 2016 but we haven't get the i130 approve can anybody help me with my case please😔

You can contact one of your congressional representatives for assistance, and/or the CIS Ombudsman, and ask what is taking so long.

Nobody here knows the details of your case, so anything being thrown out there is just speculation really.

 

It could be background checks. It could be they are trying to verify some documents. It could be that they are trying to verify the relationship between the petitioner and beneficiary. What is the relationship anyway...spouse/parent/child/sibling? Did they say anything at the interview, or send any RFEs?

 

You can submit a congressional inquiry to try to see what's going on with your case. I suggest looking up your state's senior senator then submitting the inquiry with them. You can also submit a request with the Ombudsman.

Thank you Georgian                                                                                                   My wife is USA  citizens we went to the interview on May 18 2016 the officer tell us that we will get a answer on 90 day last month we send an inquiry why they take so long to answer  . Last week we check on my case status apear the they recive  my inquired and they answer on July 06 but We haven't receive anything
