I got checklist for Malaysia police report which was issued after I finished my master degree 2016 ,Nvc said they won't accept that ,so I spoke to a supervisor the day I got the check list telling him I'm not leaving in Malaysia anymore and I got that a month before I finally left Malaysia , so I decided to apply for a new police report and I got it on Monday so I mail it to Nvc immediately, I called Nvc  today and I was told they receive my mail and the scan date is Aug 24th 2017 and I was told my case was call by supervisor on Aug 22rd so that I don't understand why supervisor called my case again ,and I hope that won't cause any delay in my case . I need help please.

You could have prevented this, its known it needs to be recent, anyone could commit a crime in the time in between.

Its very important to give them what they want cause the 11 weeks will start all over again.

This comes off as a bit rude. Nobody needs a "you should've known better" in this process. Have some compassion. Check yourself.

To be honest I may be faced with the same situation because my wife previously lived in Sweden but has resided in Italy since our application. Never had we read that a previous residency PC needed to be submitted within an expiration period - and we thought we had this situation down to every last detail.

Well I'm not sorry that offends you, It's reality, the information is clear, then you want to come here and complain that its unfair.

I don't need to check myself, I checked the instructions and information repeated all over the site.

Most people can't afford to assume things with this process, because we think things should work a certain way doesn't make it go that way.

If you search CR1 police report in the forum, the very first post explains exactly that situation.

There's also a table detailing it on the NVC site.

If you think you are your best bet is to send in the requiring document asap. They may put the two together and review without resetting your time. Of course that depends on how long ago you previously sent your documents in.

I'm sure you have looked at this but this is a good place to put your country's name in a find required documents.

Good luck!

I'm not complaining about making a mistake. I'm jut trying to say that you shouldn't hit someone while they are down. It was an unwarranted and unhelpful comment.  They get it, we get it. We're all in the same process.

Although you have a point. We all know this process is stressful. In the end this forum is a place to come for help. I know when I first came in I didn't even know how to work the site and I found this site after I sent documents.

While it is important to try to find out as much as you can if you have already made the mistake and come here for help and support that's what you should receive.

Well, my husband's UK police certificate was from 2012 and we got a CC without a checklist for that since he did not return there since that time.

His best bet right now is to try his luck getting access to the supervisor handling his case.
