They also recommend using internet explorer. Although one of the fees I paid from my phone using safari, the other on a pc using internet explorer.

Thanks just paid through Safari and it shows as "in process". How long it takes to unlock IV?

I got checklist for Malaysia police report which was issued after I finished my master degree 2016 ,Nvc said they won't accept that ,so I spoke to a supervisor the day I got the check list telling him I'm not leaving in Malaysia anymore and I got that a month before I finally left Malaysia , so I decided to apply for a new police report and I got it on Monday so I mail it to Nvc immediately, I called Nvc  today and I was told they receive my mail and the scan date is Aug 24th 2017 and I was told my case was call by supervisor on Aug 22rd so that I don't understand why supervisor called my case again ,and I hope that won't cause any delay in my case . I need help please.

Try calling again and requesting to speak to the supervisor directly who is reviewing your case. If they say they're busy or unavailable, request that they call you back and speak to you. If one rep tells you no, call back later and request again with a different rep. Tell them it's very important you speak to the supervisor. When you speak to the supervisor, write down their name that way if you call back you can ask to speak to them by name. Good luck to you and I hope there aren't any additional issues with your case.

That's absolutely ridiculous. I can't believe they make people wait ANOTHER 11 weeks to review ONE missing document. I just can't with this process. Makes me so mad.

Yea, unfortunately they won't accept a outdated one for anyone. My husband hasn't lived in his country in 11 years we still had to get a dated one because he lived over there for the time they require a police report. Sorry I know how it feels..

The fact that you have to use internet explorer just shows how old their system is, I think even Microsoft recommends not using it anymore.
