If you have a netspend card (or any prepaid card service) you can get the routing/account number associated with the card and use it to pay the fees and it is an instant transaction.  The card may have a $2-3 charge with it to use it as a ach (checking) transaction... but well worth it.  I did this and it worked great.  No issues.  Just passing along the info for others.  It may help someone else😊 

Although this is a good option but problem  is not happening on petitioner's end rather on NVC's end .It is not even a payment clearance issue rather ceac payment website issue which is not getting updated to show PAID.So, I don't think this will resolved the issue that people are having. I have talked to several NVC agents within last two weeks and they all told me the same thing which issue with payment website. They all told me to send proof of payment to nvc for future reference and they are working to resolved the issue.

I EMAILED MY PROOF DAYS AGO AND THEY STILL HAVENT UPDATED IT OR EMAILED ME BACK SPOKE TO SUPERVISOR AND STILL NOTHING AND ALL THIS JUST SLOWS DOWN THE PROCESS FOR US ALL I BEEN COMPLETED ALL 6 STEPS AND TO THEM SINCE IT STILL DOESNT CLEAR THAT THE PAYMENTS WENT THROUGH I HAVENT DONE ALL THE STEPS

Payment proof is not for updating the website rather  some reason if payment get lost due to their existing issue, they will able use this as a reference to retrieve information. Most of the case, they have not said that we didn't pay rather website was not getting updated. All we can hope now that they will able to resolve the issue quickly. i don't expect them to email us back  anytime soon because they don't really have an answer for current situation unless fix their site. Only option is keep them calling 2-3 times a week and keep your finger crossed and pray that your payment shows as PAID. In the meantime, i would suggest you to start collecting all your documents and gather all information that you will need for DS-260 so that you could avoid further delay due to document collection process.

They already have everything they need all the documents for over a week now and the ds260 is also filled out everything is done on my end

Exactly. It's the website that has a problem I think. I'm getting something weird like this picture, which shows my second IV fee as paid (money has already taken out of account), but the receipt itself says rejected, and the website asks me to "pay now" for IV fee. When we called NVC, the rep said the fees are paid on their end. Seeing this error does make me nervous, but I've done all I can and I will go crazy if i keep checking the site. I'm going to hope for the best and check in again in a couple weeks.

Keep them calling every few days and voice your concern and keep an eye on the website and pray. That's all you can do.

Quick question, did you receive an email from NVC that they have received your documents or  did you call them?  In that case when did u call them? . How long after USPS delivered the package?

Call them they will tell you the date they received/scanned your documents. usually they scan 2-3 days after receiving them

We sent the package on 4th august, they received it on 9th, and we found out when we called on 11th. No email received.
