Nope. Not the original. All you need is  copy of it, and a scanned copy of any signatures (doesn't have to be fresh ink lol, one may sign and then scan the pages so you have it with you).

Just got the visa today. 

 

I thought I was done with the process but there was a small ( around half an inch) tear on the immigration packet  seems like it was damaged in transit. Also they got my parents info wronf on the immigration summary. Ill have to email the embassy now . Anyone been in a similar situation recently . Found a lot of threads but they all seems to be pre 2014

Never got any email. Confirmed CC via phone, received interview date via phone. Just waiting for email now.

Was it on one of the corners of the envelope? My packet arrived in the same condition last year and it was not a problem when entering the U.S.
