Went to the Social Security Administration office yesterday almost 3 weeks after POE. They said that a social security number for my husband was never applied. Rechecked the DS-260 form on CEAC and yes I did check the box where it asks if we want to apply. Some people are telling me that this could've happened because our case was expedited and sent directly to the consulate hence NVC never got to complete the case and apply for a SSN.

Anyhow we applied for it at the Social security office and we are hoping to get it in two weeks now.

Hi everyone;

Would you please provide the right AOS form version that we need to take to the interview?

There are many of them and i don't know which one is the correct one.

My lawyer took care of everything but after NVC stage i am no longer in contact with that lawyer.

Thank you for your help
