I'm waiting my interview date since July 24. 

Unfortunately Egypt does take a long time. I have the same CC date as you and I'm estimating for a possible October-November interview. I know someone with a June CC date who is still waiting for an interview date.

Interview was aproved. Picked up passport already. Been offline for quite sometime thats why i hadn't given an update. Good looking out though.

hello all,

 

so my case was approved at montreal consulate on Aug 04th. yesterday my passport was delivered to post office for pick-up.

 

I have picked up my passport and paid $220 fee by creating an account on below website:

 

https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

 

Now it shows it is processing my fee.

 

Everything is done now just POE left which will be on Sept 02nd.

My husband still hasn't received his Social security card. His POE was on 07/25. Should we go to the social security office and apply?

Guess I'll join up to this thread now. After much back and forth between the NVC, a Senator, a lawyer, and the US Consulate in New Zealand, I've been expedited. Now awaiting the interview letter.
