Sure thing! :) It's been such a long journey for you. SOOOO GLAD it's finally FINALLY over.  You aren't the first nor will be the last that has had such a long/stressful experience.. but hopefully your contribution/updates will help others coming from Trinidad and Tobago.  keep us posted regarding the POE. :)

Hey, my CEAC status just changed to "issued" today.. We both had our interview on the same day. Ours was at 10am. The guy that interview us told us 10 business days..

Hi @JBMG ! I also had mine at 10 am :)  I actually wondered the entire time if you were the guy in front of me in the line... Did the guy outside asked you to pour the water you had in your bag?

The girl that did the interview said 2 days. Maybe she was way too optimistic...

Also, my CEAC status says "Administrative Processing"... Boy I hope I get soon. Please, keep me posted when you will have yours ;) and congratulations !!!

HAHAHA!! That was you ?!!? Yeah, it was me that also turned around a few times looking at you. Wondering.., is that "thefroggy" and I was going to ask but then I didn't want to say "hey are you thefroggy from VJ". hahah shoot.. had all that time to chit chat.. 

 

Anyway, yeah, what is the last update for you? (what is the latest date?) Ours went from Ready, Administrative Processing, to Issued in the same day. Details below..

Yeah, the guy told us the computers/software was down so give them 10 business days to process.. I've also read from other reviews that they're slow to get the visa's back.. I'll let you know when it arrives..

Ho boy! I also thought about asking you and didn't... But nice to meet you a little late ;)

The last update is from 02-Aug-2017... I'm so stressed out. I other stayed in the US in 2013. The girl said it doesn't matter anymore but I can't help but to stress out... Also, I know we shouldn't have but my husband birthday is very soon so we already booked a plane for the 25th so I could be with him. Crossing fingers now!

so, instead to press "administratie processing" they press Refused, and believe me....i had one of the worst day of my life....also because i called someone at the Visa center (in Trinidad) and tell me that sometime, after approve a case , they change idea and they refuse it. My lawyer was livid and tell me to do not worry, but still, i spent the worst week of my life...really one of the worst!!!!

02/24/2017: Notification received on App (I130 Approved)
02/26/2017: Approved I-130 sent to NVC

02/28/2017: (NOA2) Notification received via snail mail.

03/11/2017: Received email with case number and invoice number
03/11/2017: DS 261 Completed

03/11/2017: AOS fees paid

03/17/2017:IV Fees Paid

03/23/2017: DS 260 Submitted

03/23/2017: AOS & IV Package sent

03/27/2017: Scan date

05/30/2017: Case Complete

06/02/2017: Received Interview date over Phone(scheduled to Jul 17th)

06/03/2017: Received P4 letter over email confirming the Interview date

06/08/2017: Medical done

07/16/2017: Biometrics scheduled

07/17/2017: Interview in Mumbai

07/17/2017: Visa Approved

07/19/2017: Passport received at VAC, Intimation received.

07/20/2017: Passport in Hand

Guys i need help ..they requested a joint sponsor and i should email it to them as anyone heard of emailing the i864 joint sponsor form to a consulate?
