Five gets you ten that there's a lot more to this story than has been given in the Breitbart story. We recently had a shop owner convicted for shooting a shoplifter. No, you can't shoot someone in the back after he/she is running away and no longer a threat. Some of the listed charges don't match the narrative in the OP of this event. Something is fishy, and I don't think it is the charges against the victim.

Yeah, the charges quoted below scream of a drug dealer/gun trafficker with illegal weapons. Geez, wonder why he was the victim of a home invasion? (And the answer isn't socialism)
