So guys just want to give an update regarding missing NOA1 for my son( who was included in my petition and never got his own NOA). Yesterday I got a call back from Tier2 IO, and we got disconnected after a few seconds, so I had to call back today again and asked to connect me with tier2 again. He called me back, I explained the situation we have and was affraid  he would send us for an infopass without doing anything else to get a stamp in passport in order to extend his GC, but he didn't mention anything about infopass, he said that my son suppose to get his NOA, and put a service request on my behalf to get this letter. Now as he said have to wait till Aug.23 to hear from them. I hope it will work. I know it's common now that dependents don't get their letters and have to get stamps. But I really prefer to have a letter instead of going thought infopass.

Just wanted to share with you guys in case somebody else will experience the same.
