Okay today I make an infopass appointment at CSC. Since my extension letter expired a week ago and I didn't receive any news from them. Any advice from someone that already went to infopass app?

Tx

Yeah, that's where N-400 is filed online. it is kinda confusing because uscis also seems to have a separate login. What's interesting is that in the N-400 form, it asks if the applicant has an account already.......

Yeah, it happened to me too... i had to make a new account to summit N400. 😑

Yes I noticed this too

The original account I had for tracking my applications did not have an account number associated with it, therefore I selected "no" on having an account already on my N400 application.

Subsequently, the account generated from my N400 application does seem to be different from the login I already had/the page I already had used previously.

Bizarre!

I believe I read somewhere on here that they are phasing out the old case tracker website, in favour of the new system

I think the phase out has happened. The old tracking system info is completely behind our current status. For instance, it says that the N400 was received when the new system reflects that biometrics has been reviewed.

Got the 6 month extension letter yesterday 8/23/18. The date they received my I-751 was 8/30/17. Glad they have my correct address on file since we moved early of this year to a different state across the coast. I was worried even though we completed the online AR-11 change of address and mailed in the I-865 sponsor's change of address too, I've read on here that there have been cases where they don't update correctly.  Still dealing with CSC though.

I got this email: We will notify you when your case status changes. We last took action on your case on August 10, 2018. I also received my ext letter which was issued a few days before August 10, 2018. Did anyone get that?
