The eligibility requirements are here: https://www.uscis.gov/us-citizenship/citizenship-through-naturalization/naturalization-spouses-us-citizens

Looking at that, I think you’re still good to file...doesn’t mention anything about physically living together the full 3 years... just that you haven’t legally separated in those 3 years the way I read it (ie. still in a valid marital union).  Someone correct me if I’m wrong :)

(Assuming you meet all the other requirements)

Thanks for this. The key phrase is living in marital union. From the list i am good to go Thanks again

They made a mistake with mine as well.  when i got the notice i saw an incorrect postal code only to realise they sent me to a center in Orlando. The biometrics center seems to be making errors. I called as was told to go to a local office near me. So call and address issue and make sure they have your correct address on file.

I know this sounds maybe a little crazy or whacky but did you maybe move addresses during this entire process and maybe there was confusion or misinformation between ASC Centers and Service Centers causing this mistake?

So just opened my notice and like @cantofla said, they sent me bio waiver second time, first one I got in November, now the same one, but things changed. Zip code for my address is wrong, and I don't see that trackable number any more, only the first one on the bottom of the notice the same I got with NOA-1. Don't  know why they took it away.  Need to call them and make sure they have my zip code corrected.

I have lived at the same location since i filed the lifting of condition. When i called i was told that my correct address was on file and the biometric office made an error. As you can see other people had the same issue

Like many of you, my wife got a letter from USCIS today informing her that she won't need to get her biometrics done again. Our zip code was wrong too.
