You can apply 90days prior to 3rd anniversary as a LPR with or without 10yr card.

To confirm the third anniversary is three years from the date that our 2 year greencard was issued, correct?

I got that answer too, right next to "and you will DEFINITELY get it (the biometrics notice) in the next two weeks." It's not true. They waive it for many people, even those tiers 1 and 2 promise up and down that they've never heard of such a thing.

Well, we actually did get a letter in less than 30 days just like they promised.  However, it was not an invitation for anything.  It just says that things are taking longer than stated in your initial letter.  Entirely useless, but it was a letter.

We got a email that basically stated what your letter stated.

Just when you think you have TDS eradicate,  a new case shows up.

We are in the California Service Center

I-751 NOA is 8/25/17

We have not received a Biometric Appt as of yet.

Wife called and asked why she didn't have an appointment letter or a date, this was about 45 days ago, The gave her a confirmation number and said they would get back with her within 30 days.

Within 30 days she received a email basically stating they were behind and things were taking longer than expected.

Just a FYI.

Just when you think you have TDS eradicate,  a new case shows up.

I checked the processing times and they showed that CSC was still stuck in September 2016, as of Dec 31 2017. That was bad.

Then I looked into the October 2016 thread and many have had their cases transferred to their local offices. At least they are having some action. But then I checked my account, with the receipt number stated on the 797 receipt notice, not the biometrics one and saw that my case had transferred too. Is this an accross the board thing? If so the local offices are going to get overloaded. N400 will now take forever. :-(

Omg, thanks for the info, just checked mine and it says my case was transferred to my local office as well. But only shows like you mentioned with I-751 number the one we got first. On my bio number nothing has changed. Idk if it's a good thing or bad, but lets see what happened. For some reason I think we have more chances to have interview since it's in local office now. But at this point I don't really care, just wish to finally get done with ROC.

I suggest everybody( CSC filers) to check it as well and lets see if we all got transferred or just in random order?

Oh that would be awesome! I filed under divorce waiver though it might be different for me :/  but when I logged into my USCIS case status account it said "We are preparing your case for officer review. We will notify you if we need more information." Regardless, the case is moving forward at least!
