I called twice, both times they have said that the petitioner is the USC spouse, and the applicant is the RA Spouse

Go figure :/

Part 7. Petitioner's Statement

 Acknowledgment  of Appointment at USCIS,

Application Support Center

I, ---------------- ,  THIS Field is supposed to be blank ?

Part 8, Spouses or Individuals listed in Part 4

Acknowledgment  of Appointment at USCIS,

Application Support Center

I, Joe Dow,  THIS Field has the spouse name populated

Yes. This time around, the immigrant is the applicant (petitioner). You are petitioning to remove the conditions on your own green card (ooh! the power! .

So the USC is the spouse in this case.

And yes, the USC will have to acknowledge that they may be asked to provide biometrics (unlikely) and attend the interview (required - both of you have to be there).

Went in for my biometrics today at my scheduled date at the Chula Vista, CA branch. My appointment was supposed to be for noon but I decided to try my luck and go early. I arrived 30 minutes after it was open and was in and out in 15-20 min or so. They barely glanced at my biometrics notice for the date and it was very straight forward and efficient.

Yes, just the letter and photo ID (I brought my greencard as my photo ID.)

I'm curious does the USC spouse have to accompany the LPR spouse to the biometrics appointment?
