Call again and say that you missed you bio letter and need to speak with level2 imm.officer, to check out your case. This the only option to find out your date.

i got a call back exactly on time.Tier 2 officer(very nice guy) told me that i missed the apt that was on sep 19.Submited a request to reschedule but decided to try walk in.

 

Went to my local uscis application center and i got lucky,they found me in the system in under one minute and printed out same thing you would get in the mail.

 

As long as you have appt scheduled and they are not so busy you have nothing to worry.

 

Also i added the case on my account using the number from that receipt and it shows as valid not like the one from i797 extension letter that shows invalid.

It looks like people who applied early August are getting biometrics appointments, but not end of July applicants. I sent my packet on 07/25/2017 and received NOA on 07/28/2017; but still haven't received biometrics appointment. I understand it is just random but it is so frustrating! I sent e-request and still waiting for response from USCIS. Should I call?.. Has anyone who applied end of July received biometrics?

Hey, I'm with you, understand your frustration, I filed 07/31, and still nothing. You can try to call and they will fill a service request for you, but it haven't worked for me yet, I called them  almost 1 month ago, they filed it on my behalf, and still didn't hear from them. 

It seems to me that people who filed in window between mid July and early Aug still waiting. 

Don't know what to say, when I went for infopass, I've been told that waiting period is much longer for bio now, and we have a chance to get a letter for no bio required so they will use our previous data. 

Anyway, we have to wait to hear from them in any case.

We haven't received the bio appointment either. I am hoping it will show up in the next few days.
