I'm panicking a bit as My GC expires on 12/24/17 and I'm not sure what to do. 

am I supposed to receive a Notice to file I-751? Or is there a i-751 package I can download ?

Could someone share where I need t start and what I need to include in the package?  

 

Since I'm in TX, is this the address am I mailing the package to? does it matter how the address it's written as per below example :

I received another email today saying that    Your Case Status: Card/ Document Production  On August 24, 2018, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number, and will mail it to the address

I'm confused.  How is it that so many report their NOA date one or two days after the date they sent in their packets? The mail just doesn't work that fast. Is there a place on the USCIS website I should be looking? We sent our packet in on 8/29/17 and have yet to receive anything in the mail.  My check did clear, so I know they received the packet.  Thanks to anyone who can "unconfuse" me.  Hope everyone stays safe over these next few days.
