I am WAC August 2017 filer CSC and still waiting. Case was transferred to local office since feburary 2018.  I called uscis for case enquiry and the lady told me to wait 30days and call back if i don't hear anything within 30days. Still waiting....

How did you get notified about the transfer to a local office? Mail?

It's on my uscis case status when i login. I wasn't notified of the transfer. But it was updated on my case status online.

This is what I just got. I am the one applying and not my wife. I really believe she is not meaning 2015 because if not it will be takingfotever for real...

My husband had applied for the N400 in June 2018, and for the removal of the conditions in August 2017 

His N400 interview is happening now. 

The appointment letter he got was for the N400 alone, and detailed only his citizenship application. 

The ROC case had no movement whatsoever. 

Today, they call us both in just to inform us that the first part of the interview is the ROC and then he’ll be interviewed for N400 

Thankfully, we were prepared and had bank statements, insurance, phone bills, bank statements 

 

so if you have ROC and N400, and get called for N400 alone, make sure your spouse is with you and prepare like it’s an interview for the ROC as well.

Has anyone heard anything from USCIS recently? It's been a month tomorrow since we had our rough N-400 interview and we haven't heard a peep from USCIS which has been pretty frustrating. Hoping to hear back through our Congressman no later than next Tuesday but who knows...

I recently contacted uscis about my case and got the following response: "System problem is affecting processing of your case"
I am not sure what this means any ideas ?

ROC never moved and my interview will be in some days (the 2nd) 

 

Since the very beginning, we were planning on taking all the documents for ROC and N400 so... thanks for confirming that

Do you mean it like... Before the interview, they called you on your phone to let you know that? What phone number? I most of the time don't pick it up if I don't know them lol

or

You guys were there waiting to be attended by a USCIS officer and over there you guys were told that?

I was in the waiting room with him, they called his name and he went to the officer. Then the officer asked where was I and called me in too. 

They swore us both in. 

They had our file, so they sent yo confirm the bank statements with us , pictures, taxes 

what we brought in were the new statements from the same bank accounts, phone bills showing all of our accounts, one more year od taxes filed. 

They looked at the pictures, asked about our travels 

it was very easy. 

They asked me to step back to the waiting room. My husband was there another 15-20 min

Hi appointment was at 9.15am

we go there at 8.15am 

they called him in at 9am, and we were done and out at 10.15 am

I got the 18-months extension letter the second time today, Notice was dated exactly two months before my extension expires.My extension is to expire mid-May

My husband's expires 5/9/2019 so we feel your pain. Its so frustrating. Hopefully we all hear something soon.

Let's hope this ends soon🤞 . In case if I don't hear back for a month, I was thinking to get I551 stamped.
