Then we have christmas and new years around the corner. People taking weeks of vacation. 10,000 migrants at the US\Mexico about to apply for asylum clogging up the system even more. Add 3+ months to waiting times. this is a nightmare.

I think our mistake was to apply for naturalization when the window opened. They will probably not look at those combined cases for another 6 months or so. Almost everyone else seems done.

Oh well, we can always have more coffee (or wine!) while we wait 😁

I hope you are wrong! Removal of condition deadline is different from naturalization.

I have a question. How many days since you receive the RFE notification until you get the actual letter in the mail? Wondering because I receive the notification on Wed last week and nothing on the mail yet......

I got my letter before the website was updated, maybe two days before the notification.

Guys, my GC was delivered to my old address even though I had updated my new address a yr ago. I received my extension letter and other correspondence at my new address but somehow this went to my old address. No one lives there right now, any advice on what I should do now?

No, it’s an apt building and no one is currently living there right now. The building won’t allow me in the mailbox. This is so frustrating, can’t belive the USCIS could mess this up.

I don't understand why they won't allow you. Tell them it is a federal document that got accidentally delivered there. Ask them to forward the mail to you and you will cover the cost. I wouldn't let that slide, what they are planning on doing with that document? Just let it sit in the mailbox? USCIS won't do anything now because it was delivered.
