I have a feeling tha it is 😢... I havent opened the envelope and already gathering docs, We have a baby boy, but he was born in August, so there was no birth certificate included in our package. Since we have purchased a house and had a baby, everything else is the same. Joint bank accts, Joint health insurence etc.

I'm sorry, it's just a bad feeling I know when you've submitted everything you can..they did ask for birth certificate of our children, but we don't have any...so I'm sure you can include that now..i'm just going to update and send what we can and pray for the best, I hope it all works out for the both of us, like another OP said, Why USCIS can tell you how you are living your life stinks!!!!!!!!

Thought I would share this...

I made an info-pass appointment at the Chicago office about two weeks ago. When I went up to the window to register the officer handling the registrations asked me why I'm here...so I let him know that I was hoping to get the I-551 stamp in my passport. He told me that I will not get it and that he is not forwarding my registration - thus, my appointment and day off work was for nothing. I asked why and the only answer I got was that I have to come back within 1 week of my extension letter expiring...

Yes, its sad that we have to put our entire lives in their hands. I'm at work, cant concentrate. I'm currently printing all my 2019 Benefit Elections, Health ins cards, life ins policy, 401k beneficiary statement, guardian household info for the school my older 2 daughters attend, where he is listed as their emergency contact (step-father), Mortgage statement, homeowners insurance policy etc. So disappointing, I was hopping to be done with this process.

Good morning all, so I got my informed delivery notice this morning and there a letter from USCIS.  Can anyone tell me based on your expirience if this looks like and RFE or Approval? I’m sorry, I’m at work and I’m so nervous right now, I feel like I can’t wait to get home to open it!

Sorry to hear that, but as soon as you send them back all they want, you will be approved. What do they ask for?
