Hey guys, after this LONG time waiting for removal of conditions ( I haven't received any bio-metric appt for green card yet).

So I filed for the citizenship in the beginning of September, 2018, I got my bio-metric for citizenship on Sep 24, 2018.

If I get any update from my green card, I will still update here for you.

What did you write on the application where it asks for your Green Card emission date?

I'm waiting for my I-175 to be resolved to apply for citizenship.

Just got a notification from the Case tracker app a few moments ago!

On October 26, 2018, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number EAC17322xxxxx and will mail it to the address you gave us.

I never had anything pop up showing it approved. This is the first change since the “local office transfer” in February. Still hasn’t updated on DHS though.

Congratulations to you and everyone else who are approved🎉. I'm hardly here to keep track lol. Seems like it's just those of us who were transferred to new jurisdiction are not getting any approval as yet.

Hi Everyone-

I know this has been asked multiple times on several forums but I wanted to get feedback from someone who has experienced it here. Any issues departing/entering US or any other country with an expired green card and 18 month extension letter? I am traveling to India in December with Virgin Atlantic and wanted to make sure the airline authorities here in US and India recognize the I-797 extension letter. I am transiting through UK so I have put in an application for transit visa just to be safe.

Hi Cardrona!

I did it last summer. Actually with an  expired 18 months letter, I-551stamp on my passport and no Green Card, as mine was issued with a mistake and had to send it back when I applied for my I-751.

I was out of the Country for 2 months, enter through Dallas.

They just kept me in the little room for about 15min while they checked the letter and stamps were legit. Just have that in mind if you're booking a connecting flight. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time.
