Interview? Sure why not, they can pay airfare for me and my wife to Texas and hotel of course 🤣
Nah....no reason for an interview at this point.

exactly!! hahah im sure work load. That would be senseless to get an interview in Texas when you live in another state. Especially more than 3 hrs away.

Filed Aug 25th, case was at VSC

Wow! Congrats !!! 🎉🍾🥂thus wait is so frustrating. Seems like every time it’s our turn there’s a ridiculously long delay! Happens every step of the way! From k1 that should have been 3-4 months took 6-8. Then the waiting for AP and on and on. Really ridiculous !

Hey guys. This is my first time posting. I love this site, it's very helpful. My husband's I-751 NOA receipt date is 08/21/17 at csc. We're also still waiting like most of you guys. I need some advice. My husband and I had planned to travel to Cancun Mexico last month but were stopped at the airport and denied to board the plane. We had his valid I-797 extension letter and an I-551 passport stamp which is valid until Sept. 2019. We had (unfortunately) booked United airlines, the agent told us that we don't have proper documents to travel to Mexico and we could get arrested there if he did let us go. I requested a refund for our flight tickets but they refused my request. Should I hire a lawyer because legally I know we can travel with a valid I-551 passport stamp?? What would be the best thing for us to do?

Are you sure you didn’t need a Mexican visitor visa?

I had contacted a immigration attorney and she said he's still in status and green card holders don't require a Visa for Mexico and he should have been good to travel
