Guys what happened if I get divorce with a roc pending??? I'm confused because my lawyer toll me that if a get divorce and if the uscis ask for more evidence we have to send a waiver i751 and we start at the beginning again.

if your divorce is finalized before the due date of the RFE you can submit it and switch the application to divorce waiver otherwise the joint application will be denied and you have to start new divorce waiver application from the beginning , its all related to when you will have your divorce decree. hopefully that help you to understand.

it is different from state to another, kind of divorce (uncontested , contested , kids......), you can ask a lawyer in your town to tell you estimate time in your location , mine took 4 month (uncontested).

Depends because it could mean a lot of things and that's why it is better to wait for the letter. It could mean your case was transferred because of work load, interview is being scheduled, if you filed for N-400 that could also be the reason. Don't know your background story to guess :-).

Does anyone know how much time it takes to receive the card after approval status is posted.

I received an approval notice and it says it can take up to 60 days and I should not travel during this waiting period.

Your status should change to card is ordered and then shipped. Did you get that? It should happen within 2-3 weeks but it all really depends.
