They probably transferred yours to NBC since you filed the N-400 also.

I'm thinking about doing the N400 now too..

Um... I thought the FBI Namecheck is still part of the application process, right? I believe the FBI is part of the DoJ? So wouldn't they be affected by the government shutdown?

I only ask, because I had delays in processing my H1B in 2013. USCIS was ok but Dept of Labor didn't get my paperwork to USCIS in time before the shutdown.. So I was wondering if that scenario would repeat itself again in 2018 with the FBI?

So far I know namecheck doesn't applying to everyone case on this step of immigration process. But I think they are working https://www.personaldefenseworld.com/2018/01/government-shutdown-nics/

Almost all the i751/n400 combo filers did not get their i751 approved as the solo filers have. Most of them have transferred somewhere else. Likely to join your n400 application at your local office or the NBC. Let's see what the transfer notice says. Mine got transfered yesterday.

My wife’s 751 application got transferred from CSC to MO and we live in TX. Is this common?

Got a transfer notification telling me another office has jurisdiction. They say I should receive a notice via mail soon.

The notice says my case was transferred to the National Benefit Center in MO.

I applied for I751 in August 2017, Last week received a letter stating that National Benefit Center(NBC) has jurisdiction over my case. I can not find I-751 process time for NBC, Does anyone has idea how long will it take and what does it mean?.

Thanks and Happy new year.

Did you apply for citizenship? I think those who have applied for citizenship while having  pending I- 751 , their I-751 are sent to NBC MO to prepare them for adjudication and interview for the local field office.

What I saw already in another people's cases is after transfer they will send us a notice with interview date, it's in about 2 months. USCIS have putting our I751 and N400 together, so our total waiting time will be much shorter:)

If you filed for your citizenship then you will experience delays for the permanent green card. But it shouldn’t be much longer. By the end of January or early February you hear from them.
