Now comes the waiting game! There's nothing further for you to do at this point. Current processing of I-751 is taking 12+ months.

Wait and then potentially a Request for Evidence if it strikes their fancy. If not, a ten-year card or an interview notice in the mail... several... SEVERAL months from now (possibly longer).

We're looking at roughly a year processing time for I-751..

 

I would file for my naturalization if I were you on the date you are eligible (3 yrs minus 90 days from initial green card). That's what I intend to do next year if we don't have a decision yet.

You will eventually get frustrated and determined to exhaust every avenue available to speed it up, then realise that there is absolutely nothing you can do.

Did you file through CSC or VSC? Processing times for each are available on the USCIS website:

https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do

 

You can also join the filers group here on VJ for whichever month you sent the I-751 off in. I'm just guessing but if you just had biometrics done you likely filed in June or July? Each has their own thread in the ROC forum, just search for June 2017 I-751 Filers or July 2017 I-75I filers (or whichever month you filed in). This way you can follow along with others who have similar timelines as you. 

 

Many ROC cases are approved without interview. Historically, I believe about 10% of "typical" (low-fraud) cases received an interview. I don't know if that's still the case now, but many people do not get called for an interview and just receive the 10-year card.

I filed in July.

 

Hope they send card with out Interview, waiting with fingers crossed.

Everyone has told you about the waiting, which is true.

I will add that it goes by fast though. I waited for 13 months before getting my GC.

Just keep yourself preoccupied with other things instead of checking for a status change every day.

So you had no interview after Bio metrics that's great :).

Yes and it's actually the norm than the exception. The few folks who get interviews are divorce waivers and it's for good reason. If your case is clear, there is a high likelihood you won't get an interview.

If you filed in 2015, that must mean your 2 year GC was issued in 2013, which is greater than 3 years ago... so why wouldn't you be eligible?

Yes, I filed in 2015, yes my GC was issued in 2013, yes it is greater than three years ago. 

No, I am not eligible to file my N-400 under the three year rule as in the 27.5 months since jointly filing the I-751, lots of life has happened, and I am no longer 'living in marital union' with the USC spouse who petitioned for my permanent residency.
