hello! I applied for my mom's petition last feb 7 (NOA1 PD), and i finally received the NOA2 last friday (07/28). While waiting for the Case # and invoice #, i thought about gathering the possible requirements for the package. So currently, My mom is living in Dubai, UAE. During I passed her application, i chose the UAE US consulate so she don't need to go back to the Philippines for interview, She's been there for almost 2 years now. I wonder what requirements do she needs to gather while she's staying there. I have some on my list like her MC(since shes married) Her BC, NBI (phil. PC), UAE PC, my BC (proof im her daughter), my MC, photocopy of me and my husband's Passport (since my husband will be part of the AOS, copy of our taxes and w2s, and pay stubs. That's all I can think of. Would really appreciate for more infos from you guys. Thank you!
